Native Mainers Kristina Hansen and Darren Case returned back home to Maine from Brooklyn, NY, in 2014 to start Round Turn Distilling. Located in a 150 year-old textile mill on the Saco River near the Maine coast, Round Turn Distilling uses steam to power its modern, steel and copper still from which their famous Bimini Gins are forged.
